2. Fulfillment, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
Fulfillment:

Refunds:
Due to the customized nature of our services, all fees paid are non-refundable. We invest significant time and resources into every project, which is why refunds are not offered.
Cancellations:
Contracts are initially for a term of 6 months unless otherwise agreed upon. After this period, contracts transition to a month-to-month agreement. To cancel, a written notice must be provided at least 30 days in advance.
3. Payment Terms
Payments are due within 7 days of the date on the invoice. Services will commence or continue once payment is received. Late payments may result in delays or cessation of services until the account is brought current.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the completed website, including design, text, and graphics, will be transferred to the client. However, rights to stock photographs, source code, and other proprietary elements remain with their respective owners.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary materials, including text, images, and videos, within the agreed timeline. Delays in providing these materials may affect the project completion timeline and may incur additional fees.
6. Limitation of Liability
Lithium Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the services provided.
7. Confidentiality
We value the confidentiality of our clients’ information and will not disclose any proprietary information to third parties without the client’s consent, except as required by law.
8. Changes to Policies
Lithium Marketing reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policies.
