Heating and cooling website design
Build every page to get the phone ringing.
Lithium Marketing provides HVAC web design on WordPress. Each site tells homeowners what you fix and install, where you work and how to reach you fast.
A page for repair calls
A homeowner with no heat wants to know you fix it and when you can come. The repair page says so up top, with a call button on every screen.
A page for installations
Replacement buyers compare options before they call. The installation page explains the systems you install and how your in-home quote works.
Forms your office can use
Forms ask for what your office needs to call back: the address, the system and the problem. Every call button and form gets tested on a phone before launch.
HVAC website work
Biermann’s website covers more than a homepage.
Biermann Plumbing & Heating serves western Massachusetts and northern Connecticut. Lithium built its WordPress and Elementor site, with service and town pages across both states.
Browse the website portfolioHow an HVAC website gets built
From kickoff to launch in six to nine weeks.
A typical build runs six to nine weeks. You review the pages, the content and the call paths at each stage, so the site that launches matches how your business works.
- 1
Plan the service pages
We organize your heating and cooling services into pages a homeowner can scan, and decide what each page needs to answer.
- 2
Write and review the content
The people who do the work check every page. Services you no longer offer stay off the site.
- 3
Test every call path
We walk from each service page to the call button and form on desktop and mobile, so every visitor has a clear way to reach you.
- 4
Launch and hand over
We check every page and call path before launch, then record a private Loom walkthrough of your new site.

What your business gets at launch.
Ownership and access
You own the site and domain, plus the hosting account, WordPress installation and content.
Tracking on the site
GA4 and call tracking show which pages bring in calls and form leads.
A private Loom walkthrough
A recorded video tour shows your team around the finished website.

Typical project
A typical website build. Larger sites get a fixed proposal after a 30-minute discovery call, with the page list agreed before work begins.

Can our new HVAC website keep our current booking tool?
Usually, yes. Most online booking tools can sit on a WordPress site as an embed or a link. Send us the tool’s name and account details early, and the proposal will say exactly how it connects.
Who on our team needs to review the website before launch?
Two people: the one who approves the design and the one who knows the work, often a lead tech or service manager. A page can look finished and still describe a service wrong, so the technical check matters.
Can the site feature the equipment brands we install?
Yes, for the brands you install or service. Send the product details and any manufacturer material you are allowed to use. The site never implies a dealer status or certification your company does not hold.
We run more than one HVAC brand. Do we need separate websites?
Not always. If both brands sell the same services through the same office, one site with clear pages can work. If they have different offers or phone numbers, each brand usually needs its own site. We settle that before design starts.
What do we need from our current website provider?
Login details for your domain, hosting and any accounts tied to the site, plus any transfer terms in your current contract. Ask for them early so they never hold up your launch.
Can you use our old brochure for the website copy?
Yes, as a starting point. We check it against what you sell today, drop services you no longer offer and rewrite it for people searching online. The finished copy describes your business as it is now.
