Search, answered first
Local SEO from Lithium Marketing builds out a Fullerton service business’s Google Business Profile and the pages for the work it sells, then measures the calls they bring. For “plumber fullerton”, the Map Pack came first on the page. Its three listings carried 6, 11 and 329 reviews. No paid ad showed above them when we checked. A shop with a handful of reviews cannot close a gap like that quickly, so the first month goes into the profile fields: categories, services, photos and service area.
Distance counts when Google orders the map results, and Fullerton packs 6,185 people into each square mile, so the businesses you compete with sit close together. A shop that shows well in one part of town may not appear in another. Set the profile’s service area to the parts of the city your crews cover, and give each of those areas a page for the organic results.
Searches that name Fullerton
Trade searches decide the page list. “Electrician fullerton” draws 210 searches a month, “pest control fullerton” draws 140 and “water damage restoration fullerton” draws 10, and each one has its own map and its own organic results. A service you sell without a page of its own leaves Google no page of yours to rank for it.
The phrases that name this service are small: “seo agency fullerton” and its variants total 40 searches a month, so a retainer cannot live on people shopping for SEO. The retainer is judged on the calls the trade pages bring, and the monthly report shows which page produced each one.

The housing behind the searches
Only 4.5% of Fullerton’s housing went up in 2010 or later, so the work in this city is repair and replacement on houses that already stand. That points the page plan at the repairs those houses keep needing: a repipe, a panel upgrade, a reroof, a new water heater.
Those repairs set the order. A roofer needs one page for repair and another for replacement, and a plumber needs a repipe page and a water heater page, not one plumber page that tries to cover everything. We write those pages first, because they are the jobs the housing stock keeps producing.

The county’s trade mix
Orange County lists 252 roofing contractors and 450 painting contractors, two of the smaller trades on the chart. For those businesses, a complete profile, photos from recent jobs and a page that answers the customer’s question do more to separate one name from the next.
The big trades work differently. With 1,028 plumbing, heating and air-conditioning contractors in the county, a plumbing company has to look different from the shop two streets over, so reviews, finished-job photos and a page for each repair do more for it than a broad services page.

The retainer
Month one goes on what blocks Google. The pages and the links follow once the site is readable.
Crawl errors, slow templates and broken links get repaired first, because those are the changes that usually register inside a month.
We load every service, add photos and set the service area, then build a short review request you can send after a finished job.
Every service you want more of gets its own page, and so does each part of the city and each nearby town your trucks already visit.
Citations get corrected so the name and number agree everywhere, and new links go to the service pages that need them.
What every SEO retainer includes
The same eight parts go into every SEO retainer, wherever the business is.
A Gulf Coast result
Dixie Glass serves the Mississippi Gulf Coast and has since 1946. Lithium built the company’s website and runs its SEO and Google Ads, and the card beside this text reports what that combination produced. Matt Johnson, whose view of working with Lithium comes from his time running On-Target Landscape, is quoted next to it.

FAQ

Two things set the number: what a lead is worth to your business and how much page and profile work it takes to reach the searches that produce one. The low end of the range above suits a single location with a handful of services. The high end is for a company going after several expensive services across the county from a thin site with few reviews, because each of those services needs its own page before it can move.
Calls show in the report from the first month. Local and long-tail terms need 60 to 90 days, technical changes usually land within 30, and revenue builds from month four.
Six months to start, then month to month with 30 days’ notice. The first term is there because local rankings take time to build, and after that either side can end it. You keep the site, the domain and every page we wrote.
Google lets a service-area business hide its street address and list the areas it serves, so a storefront is not required. The profile, the reviews and the area pages do the work a shop address would. Google sets the order of the map, and what we commit to is the work behind your profile.
It comes with the retainer at no added cost. Each service page opens with a direct answer, carries schema markup and repeats the same name, phone and service areas as your Google profile, which gives AI tools a clean record to read. Whether an AI answer cites you is up to that tool, and no one can promise it.
