Help a visitor picture the work
Lithium Marketing builds North Jersey service-business websites around the questions that lead to an estimate. In the counties making up the North Jersey metro area, 68.3% of housing was built before 1980. If your crews repair or remodel older properties, show that work with photos and a description of the problem you solved.
A homeowner comparing contractors should understand your services without a phone call to decode the menu. We organize the pages around jobs customers recognize, explain how you quote them and make contact easy from a small screen. Your business owns the WordPress site, domain, hosting and content.
Design for the visit after the search
There are about 320 monthly searches for “plumber north jersey”. Someone arriving from that broad phrase still needs to know if you handle their problem at their address. We place your service description and coverage information close to the call button, with more detailed answers available below.
City-specific searches need the same care: “plumber elizabeth nj” records about 210 searches a month. If your company serves Elizabeth, a visitor should be able to confirm that without reading a long list of counties. We give the towns you serve a sensible place in navigation and connect their pages to the services available there.
| Searches naming | Searches a month |
|---|---|
| Newark | 100 |
| Jersey City | 100 |
| Elizabeth | 10 |
| Paterson | under 10 |
| “north jersey” searches | 90 |

Choose photos that explain your service
Homes built in 2010 or later account for 7.3% of housing across North Jersey’s counties. If you work on newer homes as well as older ones, select projects from both. A roof replacement gallery, for example, should describe the original concern and your work. A finished exterior alone leaves much of that story untold.
Ownership also affects the estimate form: owners occupy 57% of occupied homes across those North Jersey counties. Let a property manager identify their role and provide the job address. A short description of the requested work gives your team enough to start; detailed specifications can follow when you speak.

Make the portfolio earn its space
For the 2,361 residential remodelers in North Jersey’s combined county counts, a gallery can carry much of the sales conversation. We organize projects by the work performed and include the questions a homeowner would ask before requesting something similar. Photos become more persuasive when the page explains your part in the result.
Painting contractors account for 556 establishments in the same North Jersey counties. A painter can show preparation, surfaces and the finished rooms, then explain the estimate process beside those images. The website should give a customer enough confidence to ask about their own property.

From content to a working website
We handle the copy and build. You check that the services, examples and estimate process describe how your business works.
We review your service list and North Jersey territory, then decide which pages need repair questions, project examples or an estimate form.
Your photos and explanations become service pages and project stories. You review the page layout on a phone and a larger screen before development.
We build the WordPress site, check forms through message receipt and verify call links and tracking. Service-town navigation gets the same attention as the homepage.
We plan redirects for existing pages and check the launch. A private Loom walkthrough shows the editing steps on your own site, so routine updates are manageable.
What every Lithium website includes
The same eight parts go into every website build, wherever the business is.
A service-business website in context
The Portland-area company Sarkinen Plumbing hired Lithium for web design, SEO and Google Ads. Its case study shows the marketing results across that work. Matt Johnson’s recommendation comes from his time running On-Target Landscape.

More service pages, a substantial project library or extra integrations can expand the work. A typical website costs $5,000. We agree on the page list and functions before pricing a larger project, so you can decide which additions help customers and which can wait.
We need your job knowledge, photos and decisions at review points; we write and build the pages. A typical project takes six to nine weeks from kickoff to launch. Having a clear service list and responding to design reviews helps keep the agreed schedule on track.
You retain the domain, hosting, WordPress installation and content, so the website can move with your business. We provide a walkthrough for editing it. Optional hosting and maintenance is $99/month and covers backups, software and security updates, and basic changes if you want ongoing help.
We identify the existing pages with traffic or links and plan their replacements and redirects before launch. The rebuild preserves helpful service content and checks the paths customers already use. Search positions can change, but the move should not leave valuable old URLs pointing to missing pages.
We can give those requests different questions while keeping each form short. A repair customer may know the problem and address; a project customer may have a goal and timing in mind. The form collects the information your team needs to respond without demanding a technical specification.
Free action plan
Bring a few project photos and the link to your existing website. On a short video call, a co-founder will help turn those examples into a free plan for the pages and contact steps your next site needs.
