Why the city pages come first
Lithium Marketing builds websites, runs SEO and Google Ads, and answers calls with an AI receptionist for home service businesses across South Carolina. We start with the markets your crews can reach and the jobs you want more of. Those two answers decide the pages, the ads and the phone answering.
South Carolina is composed of 46 counties, and customers search by city, so a single statewide page cannot answer every search. The city guides show the demand in the places where you already book work.
Where to put the next dollar
Each card opens the national page for that service. Start with the part that is costing you calls: a site that does not explain the work, pages that miss the city searches, ads that bring the wrong jobs, or a phone nobody answers after hours. Add the next service when the first one is producing work.
City guides
Start with Charleston, Columbia, North Charleston, Mount Pleasant or Rock Hill; every one of them has a page with its own numbers. If your crews cover two of those markets, read both before you choose where to spend.
What the state phrases measure
Statewide, the phrase “south carolina seo” draws 260 searches a month, and “seo company south carolina” draws 210. Both are agency searches: the person typing them is shopping for marketing help, not for a repair.
In Columbia, “plumber columbia sc” averages 2,400 searches a month. That is one trade in one city, and the plumber there needs a page for it. We build the city pages first, then point ads at the markets where your crews already work.
| Search | Searches a month |
|---|---|
| south carolina seo | 260 |
| seo company south carolina | 210 |
| web design south carolina | 40 |
| digital marketing agency south carolina | 30 |
| marketing agency south carolina | 20 |

Housing across the state
The median South Carolina home was built in 1992. 18.5% of South Carolina homes were built in 2010 or later, so a repair crew and a builder are working on different properties. If you do both, give each kind of job its own page and photos, because the homeowner with an older house and the one with a new build are not comparing the same work.
South Carolina runs from the Atlantic coastal plain through the Piedmont to the Blue Ridge Mountains. A Lowcountry remodeler and an Upstate builder can hire the same Lithium services, but each needs photos, city names and service details from its own region.

The trade mix statewide
South Carolina counts 1,910 landscaping establishments and 1,685 plumbing, heating and air-conditioning contractors. Each category covers a wide range of jobs, so say which ones you take: weekly maintenance or a full install, an emergency repair or a system replacement.
The state counts 1,403 residential remodelers and 1,251 new home builders, so a kitchen remodel and a new build are two different sales conversations. South Carolina also counts 300 roofing contractors, and a roofer selling replacements needs a page for that job, not a line on a general services list.

The work behind the results
Lithium Marketing built a new website for F&W Fence Co. and ran its SEO and Google Ads. F&W installs, supplies and repairs fences, and its case study lays out what that work produced. Daniel Busby of Willard Power Vac gives his own view of working with Lithium.

FAQ
Still curious?
Call (503) 766-5964 or email [email protected].
Start with the city where your next job is most likely, not the biggest name on the map. Open that city's guide, compare its search demand and housing with the next market on your list, then bring both to the call. Add a second city when the first has pages, photos and reviews behind it.
Add a page for each market where you want calls, not every town in your radius. A page for Charleston does not answer a search for a plumber in Rock Hill, because the customer typed Rock Hill. Start with the cities that produce the most work, then add the next one when you have photos and reviews to fill it.
Three things set where you land in the SEO range: how many cities you target, the condition of your current site and the value of one booked job. Google Ads management scales with ad spend, the channels we run and the landing pages we build; the ad budget itself goes to Google. Your proposal puts the final scope and price in writing.
You own the site and domain. Most Lithium services begin with a six-month term, then continue month to month with 30 days' notice. The AI receptionist is the exception: no contract, no setup fee, cancel at any time.
We build each campaign around a city list and the services you take there. Areas you don't cover are excluded, and we block searches that fall outside your work. Reports show recorded calls, leads and cost per lead by campaign, so you can see where the budget went.
Free action plan
Share your site address and the markets where you want more work. A co-founder will walk through both on a short video call and lay out the pages, campaigns or phone changes that fit, then put the scope and price in writing.
