The site and the phone

What a Temecula website has to show a buyer

The median home in Temecula was built in 1998, so a gallery of century-home restorations says less here than a gallery of replacements and remodels on houses from the 1990s and 2000s. Lithium Marketing builds WordPress sites that put those finished jobs in front of the customer, with the call button never more than one tap away.

Temecula counts 37,813 housing units, and the median home value is $679,700. A gallery of finished work on houses at that value does more selling than a stock photo, because the customer can see the same kind of house and the same kind of job.

The market behind the photos

A housing stock that rewards finished work

The city’s population grew 4.4% from 2020 to 2025, and 12.6% of its homes went up in 2010 or later. New residents may not know the established names yet, so a site that shows finished work and reviews can do the introducing that word of mouth has not done.

68.0% of Temecula’s occupied homes are owner-occupied, so renters and property managers make up part of the market too. A tenant may not be able to authorize a repair, so the site needs a clear line on who can approve the work before a crew is sent.

Trades in the county

Which trades the county has most of, and what their sites need

The county’s project trades are big: Riverside County has 802 residential remodelers and 411 new home builders. Their buyers usually want to see the work before they call, so the site carries a gallery for each kind of project, paired before-and-after shots and a short form that asks for the address, the kind of job and the timing.

Other trades need a different layout. The county has 290 painting contractors and 254 excavation and site preparation contractors, so their phone number, service area and hours belong at the top of the page.

The build

The build, from your job photos to launch

The site does not go live until the forms, the call buttons and the tracking tags pass a test on a real phone.

1

Start from the jobs you want more of

We look at your recent booked jobs, the photos you have and the cities they came from, then map a page to each kind of work.

2

Agree the page plan before design

The page list, the calls to action and the form fields get approved before anyone opens a design file, so the build has a job to do.

3

Review it at phone width

You see the design on a phone as well as a desktop, with the call button, the photo gallery and the estimate form tested with a thumb.

4

Move the old links, then hand over

Old URLs with traffic or links get a one-to-one redirect, Search Console is checked after launch, and a private Loom shows you how to edit.

A septic company’s three-service rebuild

Byers Septic Service, a septic company, bought a website, SEO and Google Ads from Lithium, and the traffic, keyword and conversion figures on its card come from that work. Matt Johnson, from his time running On-Target Landscape, gives the quote beside it.

Around the city

One website, a service area that crosses a county line

Each nearby city has a web design page with its own housing and search figures: Murrieta, Menifee, Oceanside, Escondido, Carlsbad and Moreno Valley. Use them to decide which cities get a page on your site, then widen the plan with the Inland Empire and California pages.

Published price

The price of a Temecula website build

$5,000

typical project

Larger sites get a fixed proposal after a 30-minute discovery call. Six to nine weeks from kickoff to launch. You own the domain, hosting account, WordPress install and content.

FAQ

What Temecula owners ask about a new site

DJ Van Zanten

Still curious?

Call (503) 766-5964 or email [email protected].

What pushes a build past the typical price?

Scope does. A single trade in one city is the smaller build. A site with a page for every service, a page for every city you cover and a gallery for each kind of project is the larger one, and that version gets a fixed proposal before the build begins.

Whose name is on the domain and the hosting?

Yours. The domain, the WordPress install, the pages and the photos are held in accounts under your name. If the relationship ends, the site stays under your login and your host.

How do you protect the pages that already get traffic?

The move is planned before launch: pages with traffic or links get a one-to-one redirect, and Search Console gets checked around launch. Rankings belong to Google, and nobody can promise they hold in place, but the pages it already trusts stay live at a new address.

What can my team change without a developer?

The site runs on WordPress, so edits are yours: change a line of copy, drop in a new photo or publish a finished job without a developer. A private Loom recording shows how. If you would rather hand off upkeep, the optional $99 a month hosting and maintenance plan covers secure hosting, daily backups, software and security updates and basic website changes.

What should we gather before the first design?

Three things: a folder of finished-job photos, the services you sell and the cities you cover. The kickoff call is where we turn those into a page plan, and the copy is ours to write; your job is reading it before launch.
