Kent web design, answered
38.5% of Kent’s housing went up before 1980. If your work is repair, replacement and remodel on older houses, the site has to show that work clearly. Lithium Marketing designs and builds the WordPress site around your finished jobs, puts the phone one tap away and keeps the domain, hosting and content in your name.
The median home value in Kent is $587,800. Before a homeowner at that value calls, the photos and scope on your site are what they see. Finished photos, a service list that matches the job and a phone number they can tap do more than a stock image.
Where the visits land
A website earns its keep when the traffic already exists. Searches naming Kent run highest in the trades: “electrician kent wa” draws 320 a month and “landscaping kent wa” draws 140. Those visits land on whatever page Google picks, so the page has to show the work and make the call easy.
Directories are the other path in. Facebook, MapQuest, Thumbtack and Yelp all held places in the top 10 results for the Kent plumber search, and a customer may check one before opening a company’s own site. What that site adds is the part a profile cannot show: finished jobs, the full service list and a phone number that works in one tap.

The Kent market
Kent has 49,652 housing units, and 9.8% of them were built in 2010 or later. A gallery of repair and remodel work on older houses says more to a Kent homeowner than a page about new construction.
King County has 45.5% of its homes built before 1980, and the median home value there is $859,900. If you work across the county line, the same approach holds: project pages with the scope, the photos and the finished result.

Trades in King County
King County holds 531 painting contractors and 1,651 residential remodelers, and both trades sell a finished result a homeowner can see. The site has to carry that proof: photos grouped by project type, a page for each service and a form that asks how big the job is and when it starts.
The repair trades work differently. A plumber or an electrician needs the phone number, the service area and the hours at the top of the screen, because the visitor with a burst pipe is not reading a gallery. A Kent site usually needs both habits: fast contact up top and proof underneath.

The build
You sign off on the design and the finished pages, and nothing goes live until the forms, the call buttons and the tracking have been tested.
Finished-job photos, the service list and the parts of Kent you cover come first, and the copy is written from those.
You review the layout on a phone and on a desktop, with the call button obvious on the small screen.
WordPress, GA4 and call tracking go in, and every form and phone link is tested before launch.
The old addresses redirect to their new pages, and a Loom recording shows your team how to make edits after launch.
What every Lithium website includes
The same eight parts go into every website build, wherever the business is.
Proof
The card beside this text comes from a Portland commercial glass company, Town & Country Glass, which had Lithium build a website and run its SEO and Google Ads. Marc Rickabaugh of Rickabaugh Construction adds his own words about the team.

A typical build is $5,000 and runs six to nine weeks from kickoff to launch. It covers the pages a service business needs, the copy, a quote form and call tracking. More services, a gallery for each project type or a page for every city you serve add pages and cost; a larger build gets a fixed price before work starts.
In accounts registered to your business, not to Lithium. The domain, the hosting, the WordPress install, the pages and the photos all stay yours, so a change of agency does not take the site with it.
Each old address with links or traffic gets a redirect to its replacement, and Search Console is checked in the weeks around launch. Positions can still move, because Google sets them, but the redirect map sends visitors and existing links to the right new page.
It runs on WordPress, so text, photos and finished jobs are editable without code, and the Loom recording walks your team through it. If you would rather hand that work off, the optional $99 a month plan covers private hosting, daily backups, software and security updates, and basic changes.
Two calls and a folder of photos, mostly. We write the copy and build the pages, and you review the design and the finished pages. Plan on the kickoff call and one round of feedback.
Free action plan
A link to your current site and three or four photos of finished work are enough. On a short video call, a co-founder maps the page list and gives you the price and timeline before you commit.
