Start with the city list

Washington customers search city names first

Lithium Marketing builds Washington marketing city by city, because a homeowner here searches for a trade and a town, not the whole state. From Seattle and Spokane to Walla Walla, each place has its own search demand, housing figures and county trade counts. We start with the cities where you already send crews, then build the city pages, run the ads and set up the phone answering around them, so a homeowner there can check your coverage and ask for an estimate.

Washington grew 3.8% from 2020 to 2025, reaching a population of 8,001,020. For someone new to the area, your city pages and your reviews do the introducing. The city guide for each place you serve shows the demand before you commit a budget.

Housing and weather

What older housing and owner-occupancy change on your pages

43.4% of Washington homes date from before 1980. That older housing brings repair and replacement work, so a page that shows the problem you found and the fix you made answers the question a homeowner is asking. If new construction is part of your business, give it its own page and its own photos.

63.8% of Washington’s occupied homes are owner-occupied, so a page written for the owner who approves the work fits most households. If you also serve rentals, add a section that says who can authorize the job. If weather sets your exterior work season, winters, autumns and springs are wet west of the Cascades, and the climate east of them is relatively dry. Tell us the months you can take that work and we will keep the pages and ads in step.

The trades across Washington

Which Washington trade needs its own page first

Washington’s 5,175 residential remodelers and 3,730 new home builders sell two different kinds of work. One sells a kitchen remodel or an addition; the other sells a new house. Each needs its own page, with photos of the work it takes.

Washington has 2,242 plumbing, heating and air-conditioning contractors and 2,142 electrical contractors. Both trades sell work that can be urgent, so give emergency repair its own page, put replacement and upgrade on a second page, and let the phone line answer after hours so the call is not lost.

What changed for a fence company

Lithium Marketing built the F&W Fence Co. website, ran the fence company’s SEO and managed its Google Ads; the case study reports what that work produced. Dave Turin of Dozer Dave adds his own recommendation for Lithium.

FAQ

Questions to settle before the first strategy call

Still curious?

Call (503) 766-5964 or email [email protected].

Which Washington city deserves the first campaign?

The city where your crews already book work is the first one to build for. Look at the city’s search volume and housing stock alongside the next place on your list, then bring what you find to the first call. One city is enough for the first plan; add the rest when the work supports it.

Does every town we serve need its own page?

A town needs its own page when customers there search your trade by that town’s name. If three towns share one page, the page has to speak to three different searches, and it rarely answers any of them as well as a page for one town. The town that produces the most work gets the first page. The next one can follow once you have job photos and a few reviews to show.

Can you work with a business outside the Seattle area?

Lithium works with Washington businesses across the state by video. The city guides cover the cities shown, and a plan can include towns that do not have a guide yet. Send the towns on your list and the services you sell in each one, and we will plan the pages and campaigns for them.

What moves the monthly cost?

The number of cities you target, the state of your website and what a booked job is worth to you set the SEO retainer. Ad spend, the channels you choose and the landing pages we build set the Google Ads management fee. The media budget goes to Google separately. A bigger site is quoted as a fixed project, and custom automation is priced on a separate free call.

What stays in our name, and how long is the first term?

The domain and hosting account are in your name, along with the WordPress install and the content. Nothing about the site ties you to us after launch. The usual agreement starts with a six-month first term, then continues a month at a time with 30 days’ notice to stop. The AI receptionist has no contract and no setup fee, so there is no term to wait out.
