Where the work comes from

Most Oklahoma customers live within two metro areas

Oklahoma service businesses win work one city at a time, and Lithium Marketing plans the website, search and phone setup around the cities you serve. We start with the places where you take jobs today, then add the pages and campaigns that bring in more calls.

Oklahoma City and Tulsa are the state’s two economic anchors, and nearly two-thirds of Oklahomans live within their metro areas. A business that covers the whole state still needs a page for each city, so the figures on your city’s page matter more than the size of the state.

The five city guides

Five Oklahoma cities, each with its own page

Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Norman, Broken Arrow and Edmond each have a page with that city’s search figures, housing and service options. Start with the city where your crews work today, then compare the next place before you add it to the plan.

Homes and weather

Older Oklahoma homes, newer ones, and the weather

The median Oklahoma home was built in 1980, and 13.3% of the state’s housing was built in 2010 or later. Repair and replacement work follows the older stock, and installation work follows the newer part. If you sell both, give each its own pages and its own photos, so a homeowner can find the job that matches the house.

Weather in Oklahoma can vary widely over short distances and change drastically in a short time. If weather drives your schedule, a single statewide ad calendar is a poor fit: tell us the months each crew can work in each part of the state, and the ads and landing pages can follow your availability.

The statewide trade counts

Why one trade label needs several pages

Oklahoma has 1,592 plumbing, heating and air-conditioning contractors and 1,160 electrical contractors statewide. An emergency call and a planned replacement are different jobs, so the page a customer lands on should say which jobs you take, what the service call covers and what happens next.

The same statewide counts include 1,022 landscaping services and 700 residential remodelers. Those labels cover very different work, from a spring cleanup to a patio install, and from a kitchen remodel to a deck repair. Put each offer on its own page, with the city in the title, so a customer reads about the job they want.

FAQ

Before you pick a marketing partner in Oklahoma

DJ Van Zanten

Still curious?

Call (503) 766-5964 or email [email protected].

What sets the price of an Oklahoma marketing plan?

Scope sets the price. The published prices above cover most of the work, and where you land depends on how many cities you target, the condition of your site and what a booked job is worth to you. Tell us how much extra work your crews can take, so the proposal matches your capacity.

How long before the work starts producing calls?

Google Ads can show early results within the first week. A website build usually takes six to nine weeks from kickoff to launch. Technical SEO fixes usually move within 30 days, and local and long-tail rankings typically build over 60 to 90 days. Reports show calls, leads and cost per lead, so you can see which part is working.

Can we buy one service and add the others later?

You can start with one service and add the rest when the first is producing work. We scope that first project, put the price in writing and set a start date before anything begins, so you are not paying for a package you cannot use yet.

What happens to a call that arrives after hours?

The AI receptionist answers it, along with every other call, 24/7. It asks what the job is, books the appointment, sends a follow-up text and can transfer the caller to a real person. It costs $179 a month with no contract and no setup fee.

Do we own the website, and how long are we committed?

You own it: the domain, hosting, WordPress installation and content are yours. The usual service agreement starts with six months, then runs month to month with 30 days’ notice. Hosting and maintenance after launch is optional at $99 a month.
