A website that explains the work
Lithium Marketing turns your completed work and service knowledge into a website that helps Westchester customers choose your business. The median construction year for Westchester County homes is 1959. If you work on older homes, the site should show those jobs and explain what you did, giving a visitor more to judge than a list of services.
The design needs to serve different customers: someone asking a plumber about a repair, a homeowner comparing remodelers or a buyer planning exterior painting. We organize the pages around those decisions and make the estimate request easy to reach from each one.
From search to service page
The phrase “plumber westchester” averages 390 searches a month. A visitor arriving at a plumbing website should find the service, coverage and contact details without opening a string of menus. We put that information where it helps the customer act and test the path on a phone.
Garage door repair searches naming Westchester average 90 a month. If your business handles repairs and installations, those customers need different information. A repair page can explain how to request help; an installation page can show options and completed work before inviting an estimate.
| Searches naming | Searches a month |
|---|---|
| White Plains | 20 |
| Yonkers | 10 |
| New Rochelle | under 10 |
| Mount Vernon | under 10 |
| “westchester” searches | 30 |

Homes behind the projects
Across Westchester County, 76% of housing predates 1980. Use project captions to explain the building context and the part your crew handled. For a remodel or painting job, that may include preparation, what stayed in place and the finished result, using details from your own job records.
Only 5.2% of Westchester County homes were built in 2010 or later. If you also work on newer properties, make those examples easy to find. Visitors should be able to judge your experience with their kind of project without assuming that every photograph represents the same service.

A website in your trade
Painting contractors number 269 in Westchester County. Finished-room photos help a customer compare results, but the text needs to explain the job behind the image. We pair your photos with the service provided and a route to ask about similar work.
Westchester County’s residential remodeling sector has 995 establishments. For a remodeler, a project story can explain the customer’s original request, your role and what the customer hired you to build. That detail gives the next buyer better questions to ask when they contact you.

The website project
You supply the business knowledge and project material; we write, design and build the site around it.
We agree on what you sell and which customers each page needs to help, then gather the job photos and details that support it.
You see how someone finds a service, checks your coverage and asks for an estimate on desktop and mobile.
We build in WordPress and check forms, phone links and tracking, including what reaches your business after a customer submits.
We handle redirects for replaced pages and provide a private Loom walkthrough so your team can update the finished website.
What every Lithium website includes
The same eight parts go into every website build, wherever the business is.
A garden-center project
Website design was part of Lithium’s work for garden center Drake’s 7 Dees, which also included SEO and Google Ads. Its case results reflect those services. In the separate quote, Chris Martin describes the marketing experience of his own business, Mt. Hood Pro Painting.

“Ever since we've used Lithium Marketing, our phone has been ringing off the hook and we can hardly keep up with the leads we get from Google, Facebook or through our website. Most of our leads other than referrals are through Google and it's all because of Lithium Marketing.”

Your project pages should tell customers where the work happened and where you take similar jobs. For a closer look at website planning in New Rochelle or Mount Vernon, open a city guide below, or continue to the New York index.

A typical service business website costs $5,000, with the pages and scope agreed before the build. A larger service catalog or a more extensive project collection can require a bigger site. We discuss that size during discovery and give you a fixed proposal for the work.
Allow six to nine weeks from kickoff to launch for a typical build. Your team needs time to supply photos and business details, review designs and confirm the copy. Agreeing on who makes those decisions helps keep the project moving through each stage.
You retain the domain, hosting, WordPress installation and content. Those assets belong to your business, including if you change providers. We also give you a walkthrough of your own site so your team can maintain its service information and project examples.
Hosting and maintenance is optional at $99/month. It includes secure private hosting, daily backups, software and security updates, plus basic website changes. You can choose that support after considering who on your team would otherwise keep the site updated and working.
A few well-documented jobs can give us a strong starting point. Send original photos you have permission to use and explain the work your company performed. We can build the service information around that material, then show you how to add more projects as you complete them.
Free action plan
Send your current site and examples of the work you want to sell. On a short video call, a co-founder will discuss the page plan, build cost and material needed to get started.
