Web design in Longmont, Colorado
A Longmont website should load fast on a phone, prove the work with photos and put the call one tap away, and you own it.

The first minute
A website for a Longmont service business has one job in its first minute: show a customer that the company does the work they need and make the next step obvious. Lithium Marketing designs and builds those sites on WordPress, and because 37.1% of Longmont’s homes went up before 1980, the project photos and service pages lead with older-home work.
Those houses are also where a contractor’s best photos come from: a finished basement, a repiped wall, a repainted exterior. The site should place that work beside the service it belongs to, so a visitor sees the result and the way to ask about their own house.
Before the click
“Web design longmont” draws 30 searches a month, and an average click on it costs $29.66. The people behind those searches are likely business owners shopping for a designer, not your customers, so the page that matters is the one your own customer lands on after a service search.
When we checked “plumber longmont”, four directories sat in the top 10: Angi, the Better Business Bureau, Facebook and Thumbtack. Each one can send a customer to your site, so the business name and phone number should match on both. A gallery of finished work is the part the directory cannot carry.
| Search | Searches a month | Cost per click |

| website design longmont | 30 | $29.66 |

Homes and projects
The median home value in Longmont is $572,800. At that value, a finished project photo does more than a paragraph about experience, so before-and-after photos and a short note on what changed belong on the site ahead of a long company history.
Longmont has 43,528 housing units, a median construction year of 1991 and 17.0% of its homes built in 2010 or later. That mix of older and newer houses gives a contractor two kinds of project to show: the repair or remodel on an established home and the installation or finish on a newer one. Each deserves its own gallery and its own page.

Two kinds of sale
A remodeler or a home builder sells a project that takes weeks, so the website carries a portfolio: finished rooms, a page for each project type and a form that asks about scope and timing. Boulder County has 192 residential remodelers and 76 new home builders working the same market.
A plumber or an electrician sells a different kind of visit: one problem, a fast answer and a phone number at the top of the screen. The county has 95 plumbing, heating and air-conditioning contractors and 85 electrical contractors, and the local results give a customer several companies to compare. The site has to win the tap, not the tour.

The build
The build follows your real projects, and nothing goes live until the forms, phone links and tracking have been checked on a phone.
Send the jobs you are proudest of and the services you want to grow. We build the page plan from that list and write the copy after a call about how the work runs.
The first layout you see is the phone version. The call button, quote form and project photos get placed before the desktop design is finished.
The site goes together on WordPress, then every form and phone link is tested. GA4 and call tracking are connected so each call carries the page and campaign that produced it.
Every old address with traffic or links gets a redirect to its new page. After launch you get a private Loom walkthrough of your own site and the edits you can make.
What every Lithium website includes
The same eight parts go into every website build, wherever the business is.
Work in the field
F&W Fence Co. is the case behind the card: a new website, SEO and Google Ads from Lithium, and the numbers reflect the three together. Matt Johnson, from his time running On-Target Landscape, gives a separate view of the agency.

FAQ

Project count and page count. A dozen finished kitchens and a town page for every place you serve add more writing and more design than a small service site. The larger scope gets its own price before the first sketch.
You do. The domain, the hosting account, the WordPress install and every page and photo sit in accounts with your name on them, so the site stays with your business if you ever leave.
Before the switch, we list every old address that still earns visits or links and point it at its replacement. On launch day, Search Console gets a fresh check so a broken redirect turns up early. Some movement after a rebuild is normal, which is why the pages that matter keep their content and internal links.
WordPress makes the routine edits yours: swap a photo, add a finished job, correct a service description, no code involved. The private Loom recording walks through your own site. If updates are not something you want to handle, the optional $99 a month plan covers secure hosting, daily backups, software and security updates and basic website changes.
Three things: photos from finished jobs, the services you want to sell and the towns you cover. We write the copy, and you approve each design and page before it goes live. A kickoff call covers the rest.
