The short version

What a Racine plan has to deliver

One plan carries the website, the local search listings, the Google Ads and the phone for a Racine service business, and Lithium Marketing runs all four. Racine County has 4,114 establishments, so the plan has to make you the obvious choice for the work you want, not one more result in a list.

The Racine-Mount Pleasant metro area holds 198,919 people, and many of them live outside the city limits. A business that serves the metro needs pages for the cities it covers, so the plan should say which of those cities comes first and which ones wait.

The Racine market

A dense city, old housing and two kinds of caller

Racine holds 34,848 housing units in 15.5 square miles, so one service-area page covers the city and the pages that earn calls are the ones for each service you sell.

60.2% of Racine’s occupied homes are owner-occupied. If you take work on rental property, a page for landlords and property managers belongs beside the owner pages, because the person who approves the repair is not always the person who lives there.

Trades in Racine County

Where the county’s trade counts point a plan

Landscaping leads Racine County with 90 companies, ahead of 55 residential remodelers. In trades that crowded, the pages, the reviews and the finished-work photos are what separate one company from the next.

At the other end, Racine County has 8 contractors in roofing and 5 companies in pest control. In trades that thin, a complete profile and a review habit do more than another page, because the same few firms show up for every search.

The order of work

What comes first in a Racine plan

Measurement comes first, because the order of the other three services depends on what the call record shows.

1

Find where the calls come from

Tracking goes on the website and the Google profile first. Then the calls and forms you already receive show which service earns the phone.

2

Rebuild the page that answers it

A slow mobile site or a buried phone number gets fixed before another dollar points at it.

3

Write one page per service

Search pages and profile work cover the trades you sell, and Google Ads covers the weeks your calendar has gaps.

4

Hand the calls to a line that answers

The AI receptionist takes what the other three produce, and custom automation carries the follow-up and the review request.

Three pieces of work for F&W Fence Co. sit behind the numbers on the card: a website, SEO and Google Ads. Drake Snodgrass of Drake’s 7 Dees, a garden center, adds the quote beside it.

FAQ

Before you put four services on one plan

DJ Van Zanten

Still curious?

Call (503) 766-5964 or email [email protected].

How do the four services share one plan?

The call record is the shared part. Every service reports into the same tracking, so a call from a Google Ad and a call from an organic page land in one place and can be compared. Each service carries its own price, and the plan starts with the one that is losing you the most calls.

Who runs the work once the plan starts?

Lithium is headquartered in Portland, with team members in Portland, Bend and Seattle, and we work with every client by video. Your strategy calls run with a co-founder, and day-to-day questions go to your account manager.

What should we have ready for the first call?

Your website address, the services you sell, the cities you serve and any tracking you already have. With those details, a co-founder can say which of the four services should come first.

Can we start with one service and add the others later?

Starting with one is fine. Each service carries its own price, and adding another later does not change the first one’s scope. The website or the phone line usually comes first, because both shape every call that follows.

How will we know the plan is working?

The monthly report counts calls, leads and cost per lead. If your team marks which leads became booked jobs, the same report can follow those too. Rankings and traffic sit behind those numbers, not in place of them.
